Osobiście uważam, że to miejsce to nieporozumienie. Niekompetentna obsługa, nie mająca pojęcia o chorobach wieku starczego i ich przebiegu (otępienie, demencja!). Straszenie pacjentów, ośmieszanie, pokrzykiwanie, skarżenie do rodziny na zachowania, na które chory nie ma wpływu. Rozproszona odpowiedzialność, jeden zrzuca winę na drugiego. Personel bez identyfikatorów, brak nawyku przedstawiania się (także przez tel). Nigdy nie wiadomo czy rozmawia się z pielęgniarką, lekarką czy obsługą. Moja babcia trafiła tam z objawami demencji. W ciągu dwóch miesięcy kilkakrotnie miała zmieniane leki psychotropowe i podawane w tak dużych dawkach, że nie była w stanie sama jeść i pić, o normalnym funkcjonowaniu i kontakcie z rzeczywistością nie było mowy. Nikt nie dbał o to by przypilnować aby jadła i piła. Dodam,że obecnie w innym ośrodku babcia jest w normalnym kontakcie i wciąż przeżywa to jak źle była traktowana w \Białym Orle\.
